Conference Attendee List

Fee: $1,000

Connect your company name or brand with participants as they access the weekly attendee list for six weeks before WOW begins.

sli.do Password

Fee: $1,000

sli.do is a confidential way to ask speakers questions during the conference sessions. Highlight your company when conference attendees type in the password of your choosing with this sponsorship.

GOBO

First-Come, First-Served: To be displayed during the tabletop exhibits / reception. (Tues., July 22nd | Wed., July 23rd)

Fee: $500 per tabletop reception

Shine a spotlight on your brand with a GOBO, that you provide, which will light up on the Ballroom wall from your booth to capture attention and spark connections. The sponsor will work with Dan Noonan to position the GOBO in your booth.

Meeting Room Directional Signage

Fee: $500 per sign

INDA is providing wayfinder signage for WOW 2025. If you wish to place your own sign (or pull up banner) at the event, then you may do so outside of your Meeting Room.
