BIOGRAPHYRJ has spent the past 18 years in various roles within the Consumer Packaged Goods Industry. After graduating from Marquette University with a B.S. in Marketing, he spent 6 years working in value chain roles for Daymon Worldwide. During that timeframe, he earned his Executive Master’s degree from UW-Milwaukee. In 2011, RJ became third generation to join the family business in the role of Contract Sales Manager. Since then, he has held responsibilities as a Production Asset Manager, Corporate Strategic Planning Manager and Manufacturing Operations Manager. Presently, RJ is responsible for leading Rockline’s Global Contract Manufacturing and Trading teams.
