Jaren Edwards

Co-CEO/President, Everra

BIOGRAPHY

Jaren Edwards is Co-CEO of Everra (formerly Stein Fibers), a Charlotte-based leader in sustainable polyester and PET solutions. A 1996 summa cum laude graduate of North Carolina State University’s Textile Engineering program—where he earned both the Fieldcrest Cannon and Textured Yarn Association Scholarships—he’s built a nearly 30-year career blending commercial acumen with operational excellence. Beginning as a sales representative at Everra, Jaren developed deep expertise in the fiberfill and nonwovens markets, swiftly earning a reputation for insightful, relationship-driven growth.

In 2009, he was named Vice President of Sales and led a complete overhaul of Everra’s go-to-market strategy, transforming a traditionally structured sales force into a growth-focused, profit-driven engine. Under his leadership, the company expanded its domestic footprint and broke into key international territories. In 2021 he became President, and in 2024 he was elevated to Co-CEO. Today, he guides Everra through its next growth chapter—championing the core values of integrity, accountability, respect, and empowerment—while pioneering real-time forecasting and organizational-health initiatives that keep the company agile.

Outside Everra, Jaren serves on the 2024 Board of Directors for INDA, the Association of the Nonwoven Fabrics Industry, and is a Philanthropic Ambassador for NC State University.
