Laura is an Industry Manager for Kline Market Research responsible for Industrial & Institutional Cleaning and Healthcare market reports. Laura has worked for Kline & Company since 1995 and during this time, she has authored and managed multiple studies including market research, analysis, survey and sample design, and writing for the I&I industry.

Laura’s expertise is utilized on various market studies and topics related to the I&I markets, including large-scale end-user structured surveys on away-from-home hand care, janitorial cleaning products, foodservice cleaning products, laundry chemicals, I&I cleaning wipes, and floor care pads and tools. Her work on the industry spans both U.S. and European markets. Her work includes survey design, market assessments and segmentation, competitive analyses, innovation analyses, and forecasting. Laura has contributed to numerous articles and speeches for international and U.S. trade conferences and publications and presentations including ISSA, INDA, and Happi magazine.
