BIOGRAPHY

Richard is President and Co-Founder of Nehemiah Manufacturing. Prior to Nehemiah, Richard founded Cascades Advisory Group, a strategy and operations consulting firm. Richard has also held management positions with Deloitte Consulting, Procter & Gamble and Ernst & Young Consulting. He received his Masters of Business Administration from The University of Michigan and his Bachelors of Science from Miami University.
