Doug Cole

VP - Global Product Development, Rockline Industries

BIOGRAPHY

Doug is the Vice President of Global Product Development at Rockline Industries and has been with the company for over 20 years. Doug has had several R&D leadership assignments with Rockline located in both US and UK. Prior to joining Rockline, Doug worked at Kimberly-Clark Corporation in Neenah, WI., for 13 years. In 1984, Doug started his career at Dial Corporation in Scottsdale, AZ, where he worked for 6 years as Senior Formulation Scientist and got his start in wet wipes.

Doug earned a BS degree from Arizona State University, an MBA and recently earned a Technical Leadership Certification from UW-Madison. Doug has been a member of the Society of Cosmetic Chemists since 1990 and an inventor of over 25 patents and trade secrets covering, personal care formulations, preservatives, absorbent products, wet wipes, dispersible nonwovens and packaging.
